Most formats work best with 6-16 teams. We recommend multiples of 4 for balanced group stages.

Where would you like the event?

We source venues in all major English cities. London events include a small premium due to higher venue costs.

When would you like the event?

Choose a preferred date. Weekend dates attract a +10% premium; summer events (June-August) attract +5%. Minimum booking lead time is 7 days.

Booking within 14 days incurs a +30% urgency surcharge. We recommend 4-6 weeks for best availability.
