Not at all. Our initial quotes and consultations are completely free and with no obligation. We'll provide a detailed proposal before any payment is required. A booking deposit of 25% is required only when you decide to proceed.
Absolutely. For larger events (50+ participants), we encourage an initial call or video meeting to ensure we're the right fit. We can also arrange in-person meetings at our Manchester office or at a venue of your choosing.
Yes. We operate across England, with established networks in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Bristol, Newcastle, and more. Travel to your preferred venue is included in our service pricing for most major cities. For more remote locations, a small travel supplement may apply.
We recommend at least 4 weeks for a standard event, and 8-12 weeks for large corporate events (100+ participants) or multi-day formats. However, we have successfully delivered events in as little as 10 days for existing clients in urgent situations, please contact us to discuss.
