Here's what actually happens
when you book with us

Tell us what you're thinking
Use the Configurator or send a quick message. You don't need to have it all figured out, rough idea, rough date, rough number of people is enough to start.

We send you a proper proposal
Within 2 working days, usually faster. It includes specific venue options, a draft schedule, and a fixed price. No vague "from £X" ranges.

Confirm and we get to work
Once confirmed, we handle all logistics, venue, referees, branding, catering, and everything in between.

We run the day
Our manager is on site from setup to pack-down. You compete. We deal with the referee who's late, the bracket that needs updating, the scoreboard that isn't cooperating.

Photos, report, done
Edited photo gallery within 48 hours. Post-event stats summary. If you want to do it again next year, and most people do, we've already got your preferences on file.
